The crux of all religions is a method of inward step. An inward step only be taken by an individual. If people try to organized an inward step naturally get distorted and even an inward step if you try to impose to other people naturally also get distorted too. Why? The answer is because a religion is boundary condition while human intelligence is no boundaries.  It becomes obviously when somebody believe a way which he believes that is the truth he is bound to be in conflict with somebody else because somebody else is bound to believe other way.
